Ingredients :-
Dang Kui, Bai Su, Shou Ti, Gan Chao, Yu Gui, Dang Sheng, Bai Yao, Chuan Qiong, Fu Ling, Bai Qi.
Cooking Instruction :-
2 kg duck meat (mutton, chicken, beef, meant and etc.)
2 spoons bean sauce
2 spoons oyster sauce
Salt and MSG.
Cooking Method
- Rinse duck meat.
- Pour 8 bowls of water and 1 packet of A1 Se Chuan Ta Poo Soup to boil, then, add the duck meat. Use medium temperature to cook for 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
- Add pepper and its ready to serve.
- Simmer a few more minutes for special flavor.
