Crab & Tanghoon Soup
Crab & Tanghoon Soup taken by Chinese on special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and special celebrations in Malaysia. This soup can replace the shark fin soup as it tastes exactly the same.
Crab & Tanghoon soup will be a dish to serve when you have celebration at home. Easy and fast to prepare. You can add your own sliced chicken, mushroom and crab meat stick to your preference.
No added MSG and reduced salt of 25%.
Ingredients :-
Tapioca Starch, Maltodextrin, Bean Noodle, Salt, Sugar, Chicken Meat, Palm Fat, Cabbage, Crab Meat, Onion, Mushroom, Leek, Spice, Contains Yeast Extract, Sodium Inosinate & Guanylate as permitted flavor enhancer. Contain permitted Chicken and Crab Flavoring (containing gluten and sulphite) and other flavoring of plant and synthetic origin.
To Prepare :-
- Pour 750ml (3 ¾ cups) water in saucepan. Stir in contents of sachet. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Turn off heat and slowly stir in lightly beaten egg.
