Instant Chicken Curry Sauce

Curry is an Asian cuisine for the distinctive spices use for preparation and cooking. Curry is very famous in Malaysia among the Chinese, Indians and Malays and is different in each different states and races. Curry can be cooked is many varieties such as fish, chicken, aubergines, vegetables, lamb, beef and many more.

As for Baba Nyonya curry chicken has own distinctive taste and flavor. Mak Nyonya Chicken Curry Sauce is well pre-mix with good quality of herbs and spices to get the good taste and aroma of chicken curry. Easy to cook curry chicken and yet delicious and aromatic.

Ingredients :-
Edible Oil (Palm Oil),Chili, Lemongrass, Onion, Spices, Ginger, Sugar, Galangal, Salt.

Non Colouring.
Cholesterol Free.

Cooking Instruction :-

1. Chicken 1kg, potato 200gm, water 400ml (2 cups), coconut milk 300ml and a packet of Mak Nyonya Instant Chicken Curry Sauce.


2. Fry Mak Nyonya Curry Sauce together with chicken until aromatic.
3. Add in water and potato, bring to boil and lastly add in coconut milk. Cook until chicken is tender (Approx. 20 minutes).
