Local Anchovies (S)
Anchovies are small shiny silvery fish. Anchovy in Malaysia is usually in dried and salted. Anchovy in Malaysia is usually cook as base stock, deep frying as snack or side dish and add into stir frying with vegetable.
Local Anchovies is brownish in colour and the texture is firm. The anchovy is not peeled and is with the head. Size of Local Anchovies is from 3 – 4cm in length.

Shelf Life :
½ years when stored at chill temperature.
3½ months when stored at ambient temperature.
Storage : At chill temperature (7-8ºC)
Note :
Cook before consume.
It is packed in PP bag (food grade) as primary packaging.
