Mukhsin
This is a story of first love. A story that everyone can relate to. Muksin, a Malay movie won one award and one special mention at the 57th Berlin International Film Festival in 2007 under the children's film category.
The story takes place in 1993. It’s about how 10-year-old Orked meets her first love, a 12-year-old boy, Mukhsin, who comes with his elder brother and aunt. The story revolves about their blossoming love, village life, scenes of Malaysian village and both Orked’s and Muksin’s families. These two young love birds try to maintain their love amidst the tribulations faced by their respective families.
