White Pepper Prawn Keropok
This pepper-flavoured prawn keropok (a.k.a prawn crackers) makes an appetizing TV snack. It can also be served with your roasted chicken dishes to add more appeal to your cuisine. You will enjoy these tasty, flavourful and fresh prawn keropok with the spiciness of Sarawak pepper to the very last bite and definitely ask for more!
Ingredients :-
Tapioca Flour, Prawn Meat, Red Onion, Sugar, White Pepper and Salt.
Directions:-
- Immerse a few pieces at a time into hot vegetable oil (180⁰C) for 10 seconds or until fully puffed up
- Drain and serve or allow to cool and store in air-tight container if not eaten immediately
- Microwave on high setting for 30 seconds also gives a unique flavour, non-fat healthy snack
