Ingredients :-
Bird’s Eye Chili Blended, Onion, Garlic, Turmeric Powder, Ginger, Lemongrass, Coconut Milk, Tamarind, Corn Flour and Water.
To Prepare :
- Empty Alif Spicy Cooking Sauce into saucepan. Boil for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Add 350g of prawns or squid. Stir and boil. Add 50ml of water. Stir.
- Cook at medium temperature until prawn or squid is tender.
- Add salt to taste
Microwave Preparation :
- Empty Alif Spicy Cooking Sauce into microwave-safe dish.
- Add 350g prawn or squid.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes.
