Turmeric Powder
Turmeric is rhizome and a part of the ginger family. Fresh turmeric has a spicy and aromatic fragrance where it is used as flavouring by Malaysians for curries or Malay traditional dish such as rending and masak lemak. Dried turmeric has a medicinal aroma. When ground into powder, it is in orange-yellow colour and is used to season fish, meat or chicken before frying or grilling.
Kijang Turmeric Powder contains no additives and preservatives. It is prepared and packed under hygienic conditions.
